FREE* standard shipping! Please allow at least 30 days from order placement for processing and delivery. Faster shipping may be available for an additional charge, minimum order amounts may apply. All items are inspected before final shipping. If an item becomes sold out or unavailable, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund. All items which are standard FREE shipping are shipped with tracking and delivered to your door by a local post office carrier, DHL or FedEx. Expedited shipping does not include the processing times. Shipping delivery dates are an estimate and not a guarantee. Additional delays in customs may occur, customers outside the USA are responsible for all taxes, tariffs or other costs or fee your country applies.

If order is made after 5PM EST USA, order will be sent to processing the next business day. Orders that have already been processed and are in transit cannot be cancelled.
International Shipping Guidelines:
- You will receive a tracking number for USPS or UPS via e-mail after your order has been shipped.
- NOTE: All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges are not included in our shipping charges.
- We recommend that our international customers check with local customs regulations to be aware of the laws within their country because if these items are restricted for use or sale, we cannot be held liable if they are seized or confiscated by customs.
- Customs regulations in certain countries require ID to be provided for customs clearance. All ID information provided by you will be stored safely and securely. We need this information in order to securely transmit it to the carrier when your package is shipped and share it with customs officials in the destination country, which will allow your packages to clear customs without additional delay.
- Countries that can require an ID number include: Argentina, Bahrain, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Egypt, El Salvador, Guatemala, India, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Jordan, Kuwait, Mexico, Nigeria, Oman, Peru, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay. A reminder about Custom Dresses & Clothing - Processing and Shipping - We suggest that you allow a 30 - 90 day window for your order to be processed and shipped to you. Some clothes/dresses may come sooner, the more details on a dress the longer to complete.
Dresses/clothing are uniquely made to order specifically for you to keep costs low for you. If you are unsure of size, choose one size larger and bring the dress to a local tailor to custom fit your body type. All Dress/clothing orders are made to order and considered final after 24 hours from placing order, no returns. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering. Petticoats and undergarments are not included and may be purchased separately.
Return/Cancellation Policy - We strive to provide the best shopping experience. Before shipping, we check every detail of the product for quality assurance and any defects. If you are not satisfied with order, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your item(s) to initiate the return process. Please note that we only accept products in their original new condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged. All returns must receive prior authorization from us to be eligible for a return. Any item(s) return without prior authorization will not be accepted as a valid return and are not refundable. For return request, please attached photos of product with your reason for a return.
Defective, Damaged Items - you may qualify for a refund if your item(s) are defective, damaged. If you believe your item(s) were damaged during delivery, you must obtain a "proof of damage" document from the delivery carrier which should be included in an approved returned package. If your return is approved we must receive your return item within 10 days of our return authorization code otherwise you may become ineligible for the return.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we received your return. We are not responsible for refunds on items that are not trackable and we do not receive them. We do not pay for return shipping. Products excluded from returns are clothing, shoes, earrings. A 30% stock fee may be applied in some cases. You will be notified about the any return fee before a return authorization is issued. Shipping charges are not refundable. This policy does not apply to our dresses/clothing, shoes, earrings, see below for dress/clothing return policy. Items arriving late for an event or personal preference change is not a valid return reason.
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, we will processed your return and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.
Once an item is packaged, shipped or in the shipping carrier's hands, we will not accept an order cancellation request if the order status is "In Transit". We are not responsible for the shipper transit/carrier lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses.
Dress/Clothing Return Policy - all dress/clothing orders are made to order. Within 24 hours dress order cancellations may be accepted with a 25% dress cancellation fee may be applied, dress order cancellations after 24 hours are final sales, no refunds.
Sizing or Fitting Issues -
Considering the uniqueness of the product being MADE TO ORDER, dresses/clothing cannot be exchanged or returned. Before ordering please take your measurements carefully. All of our dresses/clothing are newly tailored by dressmakers and have a built in LET SEAM to allow a local tailor to make adjustments either up or down in sizing to fit. If agreed upon, for custom local tailoring we will reimburse up to $50.00 of the tailoring bill, you must provide a receipt of the bill with your reimbursement request. We do not pay for cleaning or pressing.
Color Issue - color may vary by different monitors, depending on the lighting and the computer monitor you use. Slight color differences are not a color defect or wrong delivery and not a valid returnable reason. We do take returns for a wrong color.
