Return Policy Guidelines
We do accept returns on some Items for a valid return reason. We do not accept returns for purchases arriving late for an event or personal preference change or sizing issues. If a mistake was made by us for a wrong item or wrong color (not a variation of a color shade), a return can be made with the following conditions: all returns must receive prior authorization from us to be eligible for a return. Any item(s) returned without prior authorization will not be accepted as a valid return, all return items must be unused, new condition. To start a return process contact customer service via our Contact Us form within 3 days of delivery of your order. Please attached photos of product issue with your reason for a return when emailing us your return request. Return requests will not be excepted through any social media sites.
Damaged, Lost Items - you may qualify for a refund if your item(s) are damaged. If you believe your item(s) were damaged during delivery, you must obtain a "proof of damage" document from the delivery carrier which should be included in an approved returned package. If a return is approved we must receive your return item within 10 days of our return authorization code otherwise you may become ineligible for the return. We do not refund and we are not responsible for the shipper transit/carrier lost/disposed packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we received your return. We are not responsible for refunds on items that are not trackable and not received by us. Buyer pays for return shipping. A 30% vendor fee may be applied in some cases. You will be notified about the any return fee before a return authorization is issued. Shipping charges are not refundable. Instructions will be sent on where to send a return.
How To Return & Refund Steps
- Use the Contact Us form to submit a return request to customer service within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Customer service will then send you a return form email to reply to with your return reason and photos.
- Submit your return request by email within 3 days of receiving our return form email with photos. Return requests without photos or unclear photos will not be considered for a return.
- If your return is approved, a return authorization code and return mailing instructions will be sent. We must receive your return item(s) within 10 days of our issued return authorization code.
- When we receive your returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in original condition and meets the return conditions listed below.If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 days.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.
- We cannot afford to accept "buy many keep one" purchases and our customer service team may cancel an order if they believe that is the intention.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if received in unacceptable condition or without prior authorization.

CHANGES TO ORDER - We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed in order to deliver to you as soon as possible. A change in an order after 24 hours may not possible to make.
EXCHANGE POLICY - An exchange may be possible with some products but not all products. For any exchange, we must receive your purchase back before we can ship another product.
DAMAGED ITEMS - As soon as your order is delivered, please inspect your items carefully. Please email us within 24 hours of delivery if there is any damage to your order. After 24 hours of receipt, we cannot accept claims for damaged items. International orders are final once shipped, any damages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
CANCELLATION POLICY - An order may be accepted for cancellation within 24 hours of placing order if it has not gone to processing. A 30% vendor order cancellation will be applied. After 24 hours or "In Transit" order status, cancellations are not be accepted.
ITEMS DELIVERED OUTSIDE THE USA - Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyers responsibility and are not included in our item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office prior to purchasing to determine additional costs to you.
