Order Cancellation 

We have a limited window for cancelling orders.  Many order items are processed within 1 hour and cannot be cancelled once the order has gone through the processing system. If you need to cancel an order, contact our customer service via CHAT or email within the 1 hour processing time.  Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Dress orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours from payment and are subject to a 25% courtesty cancellation fee will be applied to your cancelled order.  In the event an order cancellation is processed, it cannot be reversed and you will have to place a new order.
