You can make a return by following these steps:
Contact Us Via This Return Application Link within 14 days of your purchase to be eligible for a return.
Return Applications must include a valid return reason and photos of your return issue.
Return applications with missing information will be not be considered for a return.
A customer service representative will review your return application and contact you via your account email with return instructions if your return is approved. Please note - do not send any return orders to the shipping label address on your packing, this is not our return facility address and no refunds will be made to you.
If a return shipping label is created for your return, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when we process your return. The fee applies to each item separately.
Fees in US dollars: *note* we do not produce return labels for order outside the United States.
