Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item Shipped
All orders are inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy of your order. Dresses are shipped inside out to protect them from damage.
Defective/Damaged Item - in the rare event that an item is determined to be defective/damaged, the same return policy applies, a return needs to be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order via our Return Application. If we determine that the defect or damage occurred before being shipped, we will replace that item with the same item you ordered and you will not be required to return your defective/damaged item. We do not replace or refund for damage that is determined to have occured during handling time in a shipper/courier/transit carrier’s possession. We do not issue returns/refunds for lost/disposed packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.
Wrong Item - in the rare event a wrong item was sent, the same return policy applies, a return needs to be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order via our Return Application. If we determine a wrong item was sent, we reserve the right to request you return your item before a replacement is sent.
