What is refunded

For approved returns received by us, we refund the purchase price paid.  We do not refund shipping fees paid.  We will deduct our return shipping fee label if a label is created for your return.  Self send returns will not have a label fee deducted from your return. Buyers that self-send returns, we suggest using a service that has tracking.  We will not issue refunds for lost returns and non-trackable items or returns sent to a wrong return address.
