Cancellation Policy for Dresses
All made to order dresses are considered custom orders and are non-refundable, except for the following:- Refund considered if order was paid in full and cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
- After 24 hours of purchase, no refunds
- A 25% fee will be applied to 24 hour cancellations.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
A reminder about our made to order dresses - Processing and Shipping - We suggest that you allow a 30 - 90 day window for your order to be processed and shipped to you. Some dresses may come sooner but it depends on the dress you order. If you purchase expedited shipping with DHL/FedEx there is still the processing time + shipping time. Once the dress is made the shipping method of delivery will start.
Please keep in mind, dresses are uniquely made to order specifically for you to keep costs low for you. If you are unsure of size, choose one size larger and bring the dress to a local tailor to custom fit your body type. All Dress orders are custom made and considered final after 24 hours from placing your order, no returns. You can cancel a dress order up to 24 hours from purchase, a 25% order cancellation fee will be applied. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering. Petticoats and undergarments are not included and may be purchased separately.
Expedited shipping methods may be available on certain items for an additional cost. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a method other than our standard FREE standard shipping.
