If order is made after 5PM EST USA, order will be sent to processing the next business day. Orders that have already been processed and are in transit cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy - You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item from the tracking information to be eligible for a return. A 30%-50% restocking fee will be applied.* Expedited shipping is not refundable. This policy does not apply to custom made dresses. Custom dress sales are final. Cancellation of an order is accepted up to 24 hours after placing order. Later than the 24 hour time period, we may not be able to cancel your order if it has gone into processing.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in original, unused condition. Returned items will be inspected, any sign of use will make refund void. Buyer pays for return shipping. Item returns without prior return authorization will not be refunded.
