Consult us for a shipping estimate for delivery on any of our products. Shipping delivery dates are an estimate and not a guarantee. Additional delays in customs may occur for customers outside the USA. Shipping outside the USA, customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs or other costs or fee your country applies.

If order is made after 5PM EST USA, order will be sent to processing the next business day. Orders that have already been processed and are in transit cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy - You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a return. Expedited shipping is not refundable. This policy does not apply to custom made dresses. Custom dress sales are final.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in original, unused condition. Returned items will be inspected, any sign of use will make refund void. Buyer pays for return shipping. Item returns without prior return authorization will not be refunded.
