Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there are any problems with our items, please do contact us first. We are always at your service. In order to avoid any problems, please double check your order details(size, color, style) carefully before placing your order, as our goods are processed according to your order information.  All placed orders are subject to our return policies and must receive prior authorization from us to be eligible for a return.

Damaged, defective or miss-shipped Items - the issue must be reported within 3 days upon receiving your order. Please provide credible pictures to show the defect, damage or proof of miss-shipment with your return request. Once this has been verified, you can return the item(s) after you have received a return authorization code from us. You must pay for the return shipping costs. Expedited shipping or shipping charges on the original order are not refundable.  If you believe your item(s) were damaged during delivery, you must obtain a "proof of damage" document from the delivery carrier which should be included in an approved returned package.  If a return is approved we must receive your return item within 7 days of our return authorization code otherwise you may become ineligible for the return. We do not refund and we are not responsible for the shipper transit/carrier lost/disposed packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses. For your protection, please send your returns via a shipping service that can be tracked.  We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.  We do not accept returns for missed events. Orders outside the USA are final once shipped, any damages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges.

Unsatisfied item - we all have different consumer quality levels, items with customer quality issues can be returned to us after receiving our authorization for a store credit. 

Items that are final sales and not returnable are shoes, hats, jewelry 

How To Return & Refund Steps

• Use the Contact Us form to submit a return request to customer service within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Customer service will then send you a return form email to reply to with your return reason and photos which we must receive back within 3 days from our sent email date.
• Return requests without photos or unclear photos will not be considered for a return.
• If your return is approved, a return authorization code and return mailing instructions will be sent.  We must receive your return item(s) within 7 days of our issued return authorization code to be eligible for any return type.
• When we receive your returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in original condition and meets the return conditions listed below. If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 days less a 30% vendor shipping fee.  Shipping charges paid by the buyer are non-refundable.

Conditions 

• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.
• We cannot afford to accept "buy many keep one" purchases and our customer service team may cancel an order if they believe that is the intention. 
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if received in unacceptable condition or without prior authorization.

Changes to orders - we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed in order to deliver to you as soon as possible. After 24 hours changes cannot be made to orders.

Cancellation policy - An order may be accepted for cancellation within 24 hours of placing order if it has not gone to processing. After 24 hours or "In Transit" order status, cancellations will not be accepted and are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
