Tulle Lux Bridal Shipping/Returns



FREE standard shipping! Please allow between 5-10 days for processing and between 5 - 20* days for free standard shipping to US destinations.  Faster shipping may be available for an additional charge, minimum order amounts apply.  All items are inspected before final shipping.  If an item becomes sold out or unavailable, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.  All items are shipped with tracking and delivered to your door by a local post office carrier.

Additional delays in customs may occur.
Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and all other costs associated with the delivery and receipt of their order in their country.
If our US mail system cannot verify your complete address, orders will not be shipped and refunded in full.
If order is made after midnight, order will be processed the next business day.  Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after place.  After that time period, order may already be in processing and we will be unable to cancel.

These shipping policies do not apply to any dresses. Dresses must be ordered to allow a 60-90 day period for making and shipping of your dress. ALL DRESSES ARE FINAL SALES. We advise you to use a professional tailor for your measurements.

Expedited shipping methods may be available on certain items for an additional cost. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a method other than our standard FREE standard shipping.

1. Can I cancel my order?*
You can cancel your order BEFORE it’s collected by the shipping carrier. If your order has shipped, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

2. How long do I have to make a return?
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days your package has been delivered.

4. What should I do if I need to request a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for an assessment. Upon approval, the return address will be emailed to you. 
5. What is my return shipping cost?/ Will you pay for the return shipping cost?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
6. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original account.

7. Can I refund a Gift Card?

No, Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; used for payment outside of Tulle Lux Bridal Crowns & Accessories, used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).
